Nvidia & Dassault Systèmes Partnership

Mar 18, 2026 | SolidWorks, TMS

Dassault Systèmes has announced a strategic partnership with NVIDIA to develop an industrial AI platform designed to accelerate the adoption of Virtual Twin technology across global industries. The collaboration combines Dassault Systèmes’ virtual twin expertise and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform with NVIDIA’s AI computing, simulation and accelerated infrastructure.

The joint initiative aims to create “Industry World Models” AI systems grounded in scientific simulation and real-world physics, enabling organisations to design, simulate and optimise products, factories and processes with greater accuracy before physical production begins.

By integrating NVIDIA AI technologies into Dassault Systèmes’ platform, companies will be able to enhance engineering workflows, accelerate materials and life sciences research, and improve manufacturing efficiency through AI-driven simulation and automation. The partnership also supports the development of AI-powered virtual assistants capable of delivering contextual insights directly within industrial workflows.

As part of the collaboration, NVIDIA will leverage Dassault Systèmes’ model-based systems engineering capabilities to support the design of next-generation AI factories, while Dassault Systèmes expands its OUTSCALE sovereign cloud infrastructure to deliver secure, scalable industrial AI environments.

The partnership reflects a growing shift toward combining artificial intelligence with physics-based virtual twins, enabling businesses to test, validate and optimise complex systems virtually, reducing risk, improving sustainability and accelerating innovation across industries.

For SOLIDWORKS users, this partnership opens up exciting opportunities to leverage Virtual Twin and AI-driven simulation directly within familiar workflows. By integrating Dassault Systèmes’ advanced industrial AI capabilities, engineers can test designs more efficiently, optimise performance earlier in the process, and reduce costly iterations, all while staying within the SOLIDWORKS ecosystem.
