SOLIDWORKS Applications Engineer and Trainer

We are looking for an enthusiastic SOLIDWORKS user to join our Support & Training Team. This is a varied and challenging role, covering many aspects of SOLIDWORKS and Dassault Systèmes software.
You will be providing front line support to our customer base, working alongside our sales team to demonstrate software functionality, handling customer issues, troubleshooting and solving problems. Responsibilities also include delivering training to our customers who have grown to expect a high standard from our classroom, on-site and remote instructor-led courses.

What you need:

  • Degree level or equivalent education (ideally with previous experience of  using SOLIDWORKS)
  • Excellent communication skills Logical & methodical approach to problem solving
  • Self-motivated with good time management and organisational skills
  • Readiness to learn new products and processes
  • Basic understanding of networking and cloud services
