Autodesk Construction Cloud is now Autodesk Forma

Apr 22, 2026 | Autodesk

Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) has officially joined the Forma Industry Cloud and is now rebranded as Autodesk Forma.

This is a brand and experience evolution, not a platform replacement. All your projects, workflows, data, and infrastructure remain exactly where they are.

What is Autodesk Forma?

Autodesk Forma is the first comprehensive industry cloud designed to support the full lifecycle of the AEC projects from planning and design through to construction and operations. Forma connects all phases of a project into one unified environment and created a common data environment where teams can collaborate, manage information, and maintain governance across disciple and stages.

The main vision of Forma is to eliminate silos.

ACC joining the Forma Industry Cloud means that construction workflows are now part of a broader ecosystem, bringing trusted infrastructure together with expanded design and lifecycle capabilities.

What is changing?

  • The top left logo and navigator will now reflect Autodesk Forma
  • The ACC mobile app is now rebranded as Autodesk Forma
  • Accounts are now called Hubs and account admins are now Hub Admins.

Product name updates

  • Autodesk Doc > Forma Data Management
  • BIM Collaborate Pro > Forma Design Collaboration
  • Autodesk Build > Forma Build
  • Autodesk Takeoff > Forma Takeoff
  • Autodesk Estimate > Forma Estimate

Bundles are also being updated

  • Forma for Preconstruction
  • Forma for Model Management
  • Forma for Construction Operations

What's not changing? (The most important part)

Whilst the branding evolves, your operational environment stays the same. To ensure a seamless transition:

  • No data migration: all projects, files, members, and settings remain exactly where they are.
  • No regional storage changes data residency and support stay intact.
  • No URL, login API or integration changes: everything continues to function as it does today.
  • No licensing or user provisioning changes: seat counts, contracts and admin workflows remain the same.
  • No workflow disruptions.

Your foundation remains stable while the platform expands around it.

What Should You Do Next?

There is no immediate action for you to take with this brand evolution. You should familiarise yourself with the new branding and continue to work as normal.
