Pinnacle continues expansion with the acquisition of the Sage business of TMS Scotland Ltd, a Sage Partner based near Falkirk.
Pinnacle, a business management solutions and technology provider, marks its latest acquisition as part of a multi-million-pound expansion plan to position it as the premier provider of Sage business management software solutions across the UK and Ireland.
The acquisition of the TMS Sage 200 business for an undisclosed sum, further strengthens Pinnacles’ presence in Scotland, adding over 140 Sage customers to an already rapidly growing number of customers which is now in excess of 1,000.
It also increases Pinnacle’s Scottish team headcount, with a further 8 Sage specialists joining a team of over 120 based throughout the UK.
James Spencer, Managing Director of Pinnacle, said the acquisition underscores Pinnacle’s vision of providing world-class cloud accounting, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and technical solutions in local markets, while it continues to seek further acquisitions as part of the company’s growth strategy.

Established in 1981, TMS, is a Scottish-based software company who specialise in supplying Sage 200 as well as specialist software and IT Support.
