We kicked-off our fundraising for Maggie's Forth Valley by holding a Kitchen Table Day event at our Larbert office in March where we enjoyed eating lots of cakes! In May a team from TMS took part in Meander to Maggies, a 10k walk from the iconic Kelpies to Maggie's Forth Valley, then on 8th September, we took part in a sponsored walk around Larbert to Maggie's Forth Valley Centre. Taking our total fundraising, so far, to over £1,000!
Maggie's Forth Valley provides free practical, emotional and psychological support for people with cancer and their family and friends across Forth Valley. Maggie's offers a programme of support that has been shown to strengthen physical and emotional well being. Built in the grounds of NHS Forth Valley Hospital, the centre is a warm and welcoming place with professional staff on hand to offer the support people need to find their way through cancer.
