We are committed to providing high-quality training experiences. This policy explains your rights regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for both\u00a0in-person classroom\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0online training courses<\/strong>\u00a0purchased through our website.<\/p>

General Policy<\/strong><\/h4>

By purchasing a training course from us, you agree to the following terms. If you have any questions, please contact us at\u00a0training@tmscadcentre.com<\/a><\/u>\u00a0before booking.<\/p>

Cooling-Off Period (14-Day Right to Cancel)<\/strong><\/h4>

Under the\u00a0Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013<\/strong>, if you are a consumer (not a business customer), you have the right to cancel your booking within\u00a014 days of purchase<\/strong>\u00a0and receive a\u00a0full refund<\/strong>, provided:<\/p>

– You have\u00a0not attended<\/strong>\u00a0the course or accessed any pre-course materials.<\/p>

Once you participate in the training, your right to a refund under this regulation is lost.<\/p>

Online and Classroom Training Courses<\/strong><\/h4>

– Cancellations 3 working days or more before the course start date:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Free rescheduling ( or full refund available if within the cooling-off period)<\/p>

– Cancellations less than 2 working days before the course start date:<\/strong>\u00a0A \u00a375 transfer fee per attendee will apply to reschedule.<\/p>

– Non-attendance without prior notice:<\/strong>\u00a0No refund or reschedule.<\/p>

Exceptional Circumstances<\/strong><\/h4>

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In cases of\u00a0medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances<\/strong>, please contact us, and we will review refund or rescheduling requests on a\u00a0case-by-case basis<\/strong>.<\/p>
