Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality training experiences. This policy explains your rights regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for both in-person classroom and online training courses purchased through our website.

General Policy

By purchasing a training course from us, you agree to the following terms. If you have any questions, please contact us at accounts@tms-scotland.com before booking.

         

Cooling-Off Period (14-Day Right to Cancel)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided:

- You have not attended the course or accessed any pre-course materials.

Once you participate in the training, your right to a refund under this regulation is lost.

Online and Classroom Training Courses

- Cancellations 3 working days or more before the course start date:  Free rescheduling ( or full refund available if within the cooling-off period)

- Cancellations less than 2 working days before the course start date: A £75 transfer fee per attendee will apply to reschedule.

- Non-attendance without prior notice: No refund or reschedule.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In cases of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us, and we will review refund or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

To request a refund or reschedule your course, please email accounts@tms-scotland.com with your booking details. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
