TMS CADCentre joins forces with Maggie\u2019s Cancer Care<\/h2>\n

We’re proud to announce we’re supporting local cancer care charity Maggie\u2019s Forth Valley to raise funds to pay for a day of running the centre.<\/p>\n

As a family business, we understand and have experienced the impact cancer can have on families. We want to give back to the local community by supporting the vital work done at Maggie\u2019s.<\/p>\n

Design Competition<\/h2>\n

Maggie\u2019s Centres are designed by some of the world\u2019s leading architects. They understand the importance of good architecture and design and the difference the centres can make to people with cancer and their family and friends.<\/p>\n

Continuing the strong links between architecture and Maggie\u2019s, we’re collaborating<\/span> with local Larbert High School to sponsor a design competition challenging Design Students to design a new room for Maggie\u2019s Centre using Maggie\u2019s design blueprint developed by founder Maggie Keswick Jencks.<\/p>\n

Design Competition Results<\/h2>\n

Tailor and Grace had the winning design for their craft room which would have been incorporated into the grounds of the Maggie\u2019s Centre.<\/p>\n

Their vision was well thought out and their concept was translated into a fantastic visual for us all to enjoy.<\/p>\n

<\/em>Cheque Presentation<\/h2>\n

In 2023, TMS CADCentre pledged to donate a percentage of the profits from new customers purchasing Autodesk CAD Software Subscriptions or renewals, as well as committing to various fundraising activities for Maggie\u2019s Cancer Care Charity during 2023.<\/p>\n

TMS Managing Director Alex Lowe visited the local Maggie\u2019s centre in Larbert recently and was delighted to present a cheque for \u00a31592.95 to Cristina Pouso (Maggie\u2019s Centre Fundraising Manager Forth Valley).<\/p>\n
