General Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

By purchasing a training course from us, you agree to the following terms. If you have any questions, please contact us at accounts@tms-scotland.com<\/a><\/u>\u00a0before booking.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cooling-Off Period (14-Day Right to Cancel)<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013<\/strong>, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase<\/strong>\u00a0and receive a full refund<\/strong>, provided:<\/span><\/p>\n

– You have not attended<\/strong>\u00a0the course or accessed any pre-course materials.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once you participate in the training, your right to a refund under this regulation is lost.<\/span><\/p>\n

Online and Classroom Training Courses<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

– Cancellations 3 working days or more before the course start date:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Free rescheduling ( or full refund available if within the cooling-off period)<\/span><\/p>\n

– Cancellations less than 2 working days before the course start date:<\/strong>\u00a0A \u00a375 transfer fee per attendee will apply to reschedule.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Non-attendance without prior notice:<\/strong>\u00a0No refund or reschedule.<\/span><\/p>\n

Exceptional Circumstances<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Overview<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional non-returnable items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Downloadable software products<\/li>\n
  • Some health and personal care items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Book with obvious signs of use<\/li>\n
    • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.<\/li>\n
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\nLate or missing refunds<\/b>\n\n\n\n

      If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\nSale items<\/b>\n\n\n\n

      Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Shipping returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don\u2019t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
